Financial director

Financial Director is needed for bank:

Main Responsibilities:

Managing following aspects at Country level:

• Treasur
  • Manage country / entities cash situation
  • Other projects (example – develop PMX e-banking systems interfaces)
• Holding accountability for financial reporting of Balancing Unit “Corporate”, hosting Shared Services, IT and Treasury Profit Centres
  • Including KPI analysis and explanations to Global Controllers (IFO; WC; Cash Flow etc)
• Central functions controlling
  • Monthly costs follow-up and analysis prepared and sent out to all functions
• Coordination of all shared services costs budgeting, forecasting, sharing and recharging
  • Including explanation to the businesses and negotiations of Service Level Agreements
  • Annual budget preparation including submission of the P&L and CAPEX budgets to Oracle HFM
• Corporate questions (financial issues related to legal entities, branches, rep office etc)
  • Including as need be capital injection etc
• Internal controls
  • Promotes internal control culture and highest standards
  • Responsible for ICQ (shared with Chief Accountant)
• Accounting
  • Participates in accounting discussions together with CFD and Chief accountant to harmonize practices
  • Primary contact of external auditors
• Insurance
  • Primary contact of insurance broker

Main Requirements:

• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools

• Experience working in an international group with reporting obligations to a HQ

• Education:
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • Higher education (BA or MBA) in Finance / Economy
• IT:
  • Mastering SAP preferable (not mandatory)
  • Office pack and strong Excel skills
• Languages:
  • English is preferable
• Personality:
  • Open to different cultures
  • Pro-active
• Work experience at the position of Financial Director from 5 years
• Work experience in banking system is the Must
