Job summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our Technical Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project execution, reviewing technical documentation, monitoring contractor performance and construction progress, and supporting inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover. If you have strong experience in construction, infrastructure, MEP, or large facility projects, with excellent technical coordination and problem-solving skills, we would be excited to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project execution in line with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals; coordinate and resolve site technical issues.
• Supervise contractor activities and monitor quality, progress, and compliance with project requirements.
• Provide accurate progress information to Planning and Cost Control teams.
• Coordinate site inspections with QA/QC and support testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare site reports, technical updates, issue logs, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate construction activities with airport operations to minimize disruption to passengers and critical airport systems.
• Participate in technical and progress meetings and ensure effective coordination between project stakeholders.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Project/Site Engineer in construction, infrastructure, MEP, airport, or large facility projects.
• Experience in contractor supervision, technical coordination, progress monitoring, and project handover.
• Good knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction processes.
• Experience in reviewing shop drawings and technical submittals and resolving site technical issues.
• Experience coordinating inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/Navisworks. MS Project or Primavera P6 is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
