About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative AI Content Editor (Russian) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, editing, evaluating, and creating both human-written and AI-generated content in Russian.

Your work will directly contribute to the development and improvement of Large Language Models (LLMs), helping shape the next generation of AI-powered language technologies. This position is ideal for professionals with strong editorial expertise, exceptional writing skills, and a passion for language, technology, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and Refine AI-Generated Content

• Review and improve AI-generated text for grammar, spelling, syntax, tone, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensure content meets quality standards and is appropriate for the intended audience.
• Enhance readability, coherence, and overall user experience.

Create High-Quality Original Content

• Produce engaging, accurate, and well-structured content on a variety of topics.
• Develop creative and high-quality text samples used for AI model training and evaluation.
• Adapt writing style and tone according to project requirements.

Improve Existing Content

• Analyze and enrich existing content with creative enhancements and original ideas.
• Strengthen content quality, relevance, and effectiveness through thoughtful editing.

Support AI Model Development

• Contribute to the training, evaluation, and optimization of AI language and translation models.
• Provide linguistic insights and editorial expertise to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Identify language patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate on Content Initiatives
• Work closely with project teams to support content strategies and quality objectives.
• Maintain consistency across content projects and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in writing, editing, journalism, content creation, copywriting, translation, technical writing, or related fields.

• Demonstrated experience producing and editing high-quality written content.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Linguistics, Journalism, Philology, Communications, Editing, Translation, or a related discipline.

Language Skills

• Native-level proficiency in Russian.
• Strong command of English (B2–C1 level or higher), with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
