Product Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of a consumer-facing e-commerce application for the Uzbekistan market.

Responsibilities
- Own the product development process from research and planning to launch and optimization.
- Define product goals, user scenarios, roadmap, and priorities.
- Conduct user research and analyze market and competitor products.
- Create PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and product specifications.
- Work with designers and developers to deliver product features.
- Track development progress and coordinate problem solving.
- Analyze user behavior, conversion, retention, orders, and other product metrics.
- Improve registration, product browsing, search, cart, checkout, payment, delivery, and after-sales flows.
- Communicate with Chinese suppliers and internal teams when necessary.

Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience.

- Experience managing consumer-facing mobile apps or web products.
- E-commerce, marketplace, retail, logistics, or payment-related product experience.
- Ability to define product requirements and priorities independently.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, flowcharts, and product documentation.
- Understanding of user research, product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- Chinese can be used as a working language, with effective verbal and written communication.
- Fluent Uzbek or Russian.

Nice to Have
- Experience launching products from 0 to 1.
- Experience working with Chinese suppliers or technology teams.
- Experience with payment, logistics, warehouse, or order management products.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro.
