AI Python Engineer

We are looking for an innovation-focused AI Python Engineer to design advanced generative AI solutions and scalable data platforms. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team and build cloud-native applications that drive tangible business outcomes. Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced AI applications (chatbots, RAG, agents) and scalable FastAPI web services
• Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and propose robust LLM-powered solutions
• Build and optimize data pipelines, processing architectures (medallion, data lakes), and backend jobs
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (primarily Azure) using IaC practices (Bicep, Terraform)
• Optimize AI system performance for accuracy, security, cost, scalability, and industry compliance
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience in Python (FastAPI, Pandas, DuckDB) and 1+ years of leadership
• Background in AI application development and frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, LangChain)
• Familiarity with major LLM platforms/APIs (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Gemini, Azure AI)
• Strong understanding of data pipeline design, star schema, and cloud-native architecture
• Experience with GitHub Actions and Azure services (Container Apps, Storage, Service Bus)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, and rapid prototyping (Streamlit, Gradio)
• Knowledge of emerging protocols (MCP, A2A) and retrieval/ranking systems
