These are the tasks awaiting you

• Continuously monitoring and owning the uptime and stability of business-critical services — the production (PROD) system and supporting infrastructure on ServerCore (cloud/dedicated servers, Managed Kubernetes, Managed Database)

• Triaging and handling alerts, errors and anomalies following defined severity levels; documenting incidents and escalating based on business impact

• Performing post-incident root cause analysis and turning recurring issues into tracked backlog items with clear ownership

• Maintaining monitoring and alerting using ServerCore's management/monitoring tools

• Executing backup/restore and DR procedures, including regular DR drills and launch-readiness checks before major releases; maintaining change management and runbooks

• Patch and vulnerability management; first-line investigation of security events

• Participating in on-call duty according to policy

We're looking for you if you have

• At least 2–4 years of operations / SRE / NOC experience on production systems

• Experience with ServerCore services (cloud/dedicated servers, Managed Kubernetes, Managed Database) — or proven, comparable cloud/infrastructure experience

• Linux-level troubleshooting (logs, process and network diagnostics); Docker / Kubernetes basics

• Incident management (triage, escalation, communication); SQL basics (PostgreSQL)

• Working proficiency in English (required), Russian and Uzbek

• A precise and responsible work ethic with a problem-solving mindset

• On-site work in Tashkent

You'll have an advantage if you have

• ITIL fundamentals; SLA/SLO measurement experience

• Penetration testing fundamentals

• Experience operating Elasticsearch / Kafka or other distributed systems; experience working in an agile team

• Experience at a listing or e-commerce company

Work location: Tashkent, city center — primarily office-based (on-site). Remote/hybrid is not suitable for the launch phase, given the close coordination required with developers, the Bank, IT, sales, marketing and operations.
