Brand Manager (Central Asia)

About the Company
A large international FMCG company is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to drive brand growth across the Central Asia region (Uzbekistan&Turkmenistan). This position offers the opportunity to work closely with regional and global teams, manage a well-established brand portfolio, and contribute to the development of innovative products and integrated marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives and portfolio strategy.
- Drive sustainable brand growth through consumer-centric marketing initiatives.
- Manage brand performance, including revenue, profitability, pricing, and P&L.
- Prepare recommendations for integrated commercial and marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize market research data (Nielsen, GfK, and other sources) to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in new product development, packaging improvements, and innovation projects.
- Monitor marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns based on business and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of brand strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree is an advantage).
- At least 4 years of experience in Brand Management within the FMCG/CPG industry (food category experience is essential).
- Strong expertise in ATL, BTL, and integrated marketing communications.
- Hands-on experience managing brand budgets and P&L.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Nielsen, GfK, and other syndicated market research tools.
- Experience in consumer insights, market analysis, concept development, and product or packaging development.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth initiatives within FMCG.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English is required.
