TrackBizUSA is a US company helping trucking carriers across the United States. We are building a small remote sales team in Tashkent and looking for people who enjoy talking to clients.
What you will do:
- Call US trucking company owners from a ready database (no lead hunting - we give you the contacts)
- Tell them about our services and close deals
- Log results in our simple CRM
What we expect:
- Confident, fluent spoken English - you will be talking to Americans every day
- Comfortable on the phone; sales or call-center background helps, but is not required - we provide full training and scripts
- Quiet place to work, stable internet, headset
- Evening/night schedule (US business hours, roughly 18:00-03:00 Tashkent time) - perfect if evenings are your productive hours
What you get:
- $300/month guaranteed base + $200 for every closed deal
- No ceiling: 2 deals a month = $700, 4 deals = $1,100 - and it only grows from there
- Paid in USD, fully remote
- Training, call scripts and CRM provided - you focus on talking
- Real growth: first hires become team leads as the team scales
