Accounting and Finance Specialist

We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Specialist to support our growing organization by ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient accounting operations, and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

· Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.

· Prepare financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.

· Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

· Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning activities.

· Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.

· Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

· Maintain accurate financial records and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Knowledge of Uzbek accounting and tax regulations is a strong advantage.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Turkish is a strong plus.
