IT Support & System Administrator

• Administer Microsoft 365/Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Intune/MDM (users, groups, licenses, security, device compliance).
• Manage Windows Server and Active Directory (GPO, DNS, DHCP, file/print, permissions).
• Provide L1/L2 support and troubleshoot remotely and on-site (hardware/software, printers, VPN, email, endpoints).
• Handle networking (LAN/WAN): VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall rule requests.
• Maintain Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, patch management, application deployment, compliance policies, and device lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, asset inventory, IT procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with IT asset management, hardware procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and drive root-cause fixes.
• Collaborate with vendors and prepare clear incident and change records (ITIL-lite).

• 3–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
• Microsoft Entra ID administration (users, groups, roles, Conditional Access, MFA, identity lifecycle management)
• Microsoft 365 administration (mailboxes, licenses, Exchange Online, transport basics, MFA/SSO).
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, site-to-site and client VPNs.
• Experience supporting hardware and software issues end-to-end.
• Comfortable using remote support tools (RDP, AnyDesk, etc.) and ticketing systems.
• Basic Linux CLI knowledge (e.g., ls, cat, tail, systemctl, df -h).
• PowerShell scripting for administration and automation.

• Azure (Entra ID Connect, Conditional Access).
• Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
• Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102).
• ITIL Foundation.
• CCNA or equivalent.
