Job Description
The Manager Finance International Russia & CIS partners with DPS Business Unit Director and functional leaders to drive financial discipline, transparency, and value creation. The role leads budgeting and rolling forecasts, performance management, and resource allocation, translating the BUs strategy into executable operating plans, highlighting risks and opportunities, and enabling timely decisions through clear analytics and narrative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary finance partner to the Business Unit Leaders and functional leadership teams, providing independent insight and challenge, translating the strategic roadmap into financially sound operating plans, and supporting key governance/operating cadence reviews.
- Own end to end planning, including annual budget, rolling forecasts, headcount and OPEX planning, and clear variance-to-plan performance tracking.
- Proactively identify risks, cost overruns, and reallocation opportunities; quantify impacts, recommend tradeoffs, and drive corrective actions with accountable owners.
- Lead the monthly close/actuals process (in partnership with Global Functions), deliver timely variance analysis and executive-ready commentary on key drivers.
- Develop and maintain performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards), ensuring data quality and a consistent story from financials to operational drivers.
- Build business cases and ROI analyses for business initiatives, track benefits realization and refresh assumptions as execution progresses.
- Lead and develop a small, high performing team; establish clear deliverables, strengthen standard work, and coach for analytical depth and business partnership.
- Meet all compliance requirements: SOX, HCC/HCBI. Active involvement in all local SOPs and controls update from BUF side. Ensuring all new business initiatives are covered by existing processes or developing a new one if required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 6-10 years experience in business finance, finance operations, FP&A, controllership
- Experience of working in a regional/ global organization with matrix business relationships
- People management experience
- Advanced English knowledge
- Proven track record of high performance and driving process improvements across a complex business environment
- Prior working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, TM1 and Tableau is a plus
- Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and proven success in managing complex projects and processes. A track record of driving constructive change should be evident
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and influencing skills - across cultural differences and ensuring all management understand the financial priorities and constraints, ability to align business partners on tough financial calls
