Central Asian University is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to help drive student enrollment and build lasting relationships with prospective students and their families. Key responsibilities:
• Consult prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures.
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by maintaining regular communication with leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants throughout the admissions process.
• Communicate with leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular reports.
• Participate in education fairs, open days, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to improve lead conversion.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in an internationally recognized university
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer relationship management, admissions, or business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-oriented approach and ability to build trust with clients.
• Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Uzbek and Russian; English at an Intermediate level or above.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
