About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines end-to-end recruitment with core HR administrative responsibilities, ensuring both talent acquisition and employee management processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales and support roles.
  • Source candidates via hh.uz, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews, and coordinate feedback with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
  • Maintain records in the "Candidate Tracker" tool and track hiring performance metrics.

HR Administration & Employee Records

  • Collect and maintain employee personal files, IDs, and visa/work permit records.
  • Track and update HR databases (attendance, leaves, probation, etc.).

Operational HR Support

  • Coordinate with managers regarding staff onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Maintain organizational charts and team structures.
  • Assist in implementing internal policies and support documentation control.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in recruitment and HR administration.

Skills & Tools:

  • Confident with spreadsheets and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Experience in using HR software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Languages:

  • Proficient in English, Russian, and Uzbek (written & spoken).

Personality:

  • Detail-focused, responsible, and people-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
