Обязанности:

• Health Economics & Modeling: development and implementation of HEOR strategies to support global product launches and reimbursement, demonstrate the value of products to payers, clinical decision-makers and patients;
• Reimbursement & Market Access: Develop EDL Dossiers and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions to secure formulary listings and public funding;
• Value Communication: Write value dossiers and research publications to support pricing and reimbursement negotiations with regulatory authorities, proactively generate and communicate evidence necessary to optimize patient access and value of Astellas products;
• Proactively gather and analyze insights on reimbursement gaps and payer objections, and develop value-based solutions to address and resolve market access barriers.

• Education: Higher education (specialist, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in medicine, pharmacy, economics, public health, or a related field;
• Experience: Relevant 3+ years of experience in HEOR, market access, health economics, or related analytical roles within the pharmaceutical industry, consulting or health authorities;
• Technical Skills & Analytical Prowess: Proficiency with economic modeling, strong understanding of health technology assessment (HTA), healthcare environment and policies, deep understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, basic knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing;
• Communication: Ability to distill highly technical scientific data into clear, persuasive communication strategies for payers and other stakeholders.
