Construction Supervisor (Civil Works)

Location: Site Based (Project locations: Beineu/Bozoi/Kyzylorda/Turkistan)

Rotational schedule (28/28)

Project: Pipeline Construction Project

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities on site.
• Oversee ROW preparation, temporary access roads, construction sites, and temporary facilities.
• Monitor trenching, backfilling, grading, earthworks, and land restoration activities.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, AFC documentation, specifications, and project procedures.
• Verify compliance with Method Statements, ITPs, and project requirements.
• Coordinate activities of contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor surveying activities and as-built surveys.
• Participate in inspections and work acceptance with QA/QC, Engineering, and Client representatives.
• Track and ensure timely closure of NCRs, punch list items, and corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Support preparation of as-built documentation and project close-out packages.
• Report construction risks, deviations, and critical issues to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in linear infrastructure, pipeline, or oil & gas construction projects.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor, Civil Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Kazakhstan construction regulations, standards, and industry practices.
• Experience working with engineering drawings, project specifications, Method Statements, ITPs, and turnover documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience working with EPC contractors and multidisciplinary construction teams is preferred.
