Head of Talent & Performance — Build the Team That Closes (Remote, International)
VisaTier is an international immigration firm specialising in premium residency and citizenship-by-investment programmes across the UK, US, Europe, UAE, Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, and Ireland. Since 2015 we've advised 2,000+ HNW clients across 100+ nationalities. We're scaling our sales force aggressively — and we need someone to build the engine that finds, hires, trains, and develops the closers who win half-a-million-dollar deals.

This is a results role with business-owner thinking. Your base is modest by design. Your real income comes from one thing: the people you hire making the company money. If your closers perform, you earn like a partner — $5,000, $6,000, and up, with no ceiling. If they don't, you don't. We pay for outcomes, not activity. If that model excites you rather than scares you, you're our person.
Your mission
- Mass-hire 30+ high-performing sales closers capable of winning $500K deals. You source them, sell them on VisaTier, and close them on terms that protect the business.
- Build our employer brand so elite closers — people who already have money and options — want to work here.
- Own the entire hiring funnel: transparent, automated, measurable. Applications, interviews, assessments, stage-by-stage conversion — you build the dashboard and you own every number.
- Use proper role-fit and psychometric testing — you know which tools to use, how to configure them, and how to read them. You hire for proven performance, not gut feel.
- Own onboarding and training (we run iSpring). Design the system so new hires arrive job-ready and ramp fast. You're accountable for training outcomes — and for how quickly your hires start closing.
- Write contracts, regulations, and KPIs yourself, across multiple jurisdictions and labour laws. You create the frameworks; you don't wait for them.
- Drive performance management. Coach managers, flag underperformance early, hold the bar for closers and account managers alike.
- Find the gaps in the company and fill them. We want someone who teaches us how it should be done.
What you must already be
- A proven talent leader who has built sales recruiting at scale for international companies — ideally hiring high-ticket closers.
- Someone who can sell a company to a top candidate and negotiate a smart offer.
- Fluent across international markets, in English — our closers come from anywhere in the world.
- Genuinely strong on employment law, contracts, KPI design, and performance reviews across jurisdictions.
- Part recruiter, part L&D architect, part operator — proactive, ambitious, and fully accountable for results.
- 5+ years doing exactly this. We are not training someone into this role.
Compensation — paid like a partner, capped by nothing but your results
- Base salary: USD 1,500/month.
- Per-hire bonuses for every closer who joins and starts.
- Ramp bonuses for every hire who closes their first deal.
- Performance override — a share of the revenue your hires generate in their first months. This is where the real money is.
- Realistic earnings for a strong operator during active scaling: USD 5,000–6,000+/month, uncapped.
- Fully remote, aligned to London business hours.
- A founding leadership role with direct influence and a clear path to Head of People.
