Intern in Marketing Department (paid internship)

We are looking for a junior Graphic / Video Content Intern to support the Uzbekistan marketing team with basic visual and content production tasks.

This is an entry-level internship. We do not require a highly professional candidate. The main requirement is that the candidate can handle basic graphic design or basic video editing, has a good learning attitude, and is willing to support daily marketing content work.

Candidates who have awareness of AI tools for design, editing, subtitles, copywriting, or creative ideas will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support simple graphic design tasks, such as social media posters, campaign visuals, product banners, and basic promotional materials.
• Support basic video editing, including cutting clips, adding subtitles, music, simple transitions, and adapting videos for social media formats.
• Assist with organizing photos, videos, design files, and marketing materials.
• Support simple shooting tasks when needed, such as product photos, short videos, event photos, or behind-the-scenes content.
• Help the marketing team prepare content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
• Use AI tools when suitable to improve efficiency in image editing, video editing, subtitles, copywriting, or creative ideas.

Requirements

• Student, fresh graduate, or junior candidate interested in graphic design, video editing, photography, marketing, visual communication, or multimedia.
• Basic ability in either graphic design or video editing. The candidate does not need to be highly professional.
• Able to use at least one common design or editing tool, such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar tools.
• Has basic understanding of social media content formats, especially short videos and simple posters.
• Has awareness of AI tools and is willing to learn how to use AI to improve content production efficiency.
• Responsible, patient, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to support local marketing activities or simple shooting tasks when required.
• Basic English is a plus, but not mandatory if the candidate has good execution ability.

Preferred, But Not Mandatory

• Has a simple portfolio, school project, personal social media account, or sample work showing posters, videos, photos, or editing ability.
• Has experience using AI tools for images, videos, subtitles, translation, copywriting, or content ideas.
• Interested in consumer electronics, smartphones, beauty, lifestyle, youth culture, or social media trends.

Candidate Positioning

This internship is suitable for candidates who are still learning but can already complete basic visual or video tasks. The priority is practical execution, learning ability, responsibility, and AI awareness, rather than senior-level professional experience.
