We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, managing procurement processes, supporting faculty accommodation arrangements, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining compliance with school policies and relevant legislation.
Start Date: July–August 2026
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Comply with school policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
- Source suppliers and negotiate favorable terms to ensure value for money
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and procurement-related risks
- Monitor the market for goods and services
- Maintain procurement documentation and records
- Search for and coordinate rental housing for faculty members
- Maintain documentation related to rental accommodation
- Assist in resolving issues between landlords and teachers
- Prepare contracts for the purchase of goods and services and rental housing agreements
- Represent the line manager at meetings, conferences, and other administrative matters when required
Requirements
- Higher or secondary professional education
- Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience
- Knowledge of:
- Procurement and accounting regulations
- Preparation of delivery notes, acceptance acts, electronic invoices and related documentation
- Contract preparation in accordance with local and international legislation
- Customs declaration procedures in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Strong skills in:
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Analyzing market trends and supplier offerings
- Multitasking and working under pressure
- Google Sheets and 1C
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic international school environment
