Finance Supervisor

We are an international company and the official distributor of the realme brand in Kazakhstan. We are currently looking for the Finance Supervisor, based in Kazakhstan, will be responsible for entering sales documents (invoices) into the IC system, ensuring the documents (invoices) are legal and compliant with Kazakh tax regulations. They must possess strong organizational skills and a high degree of self-discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Kazakhstan Statutory Accounting & Tax Compliance
Oversee tax planning and filings, monitor tax planning and filing to ensure the VAT compliance of all transactions in Kazakhstan.
Manage the Electronic Invoicing System (ESF) and ensure precise alignment with state revenue department data to eliminate tax compliance risks.
Supervise import/export financial compliance, including customs duties and VAT adjustments within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) framework if applicable.
Internal Controls & 1c System Oversight
Supervise the local accounting team or external BPO vendors to ensure general ledger accuracy.
Optimize financial workflows within the local accounting software (1C: Enterprise) and ensure seamless data mapping to the corporate ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of financial work experience in Kazakhstan, with team management experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Kazakhstan Tax Code, and proficiency in 1C and advanced Excel.
Languages: Intermediate English, sufficient for everyday business communication;
fluency in Russian (or Kazakh) is essential for managing local staff, suppliers, and authorities.
