Finance Business Partner

Supports commercial and operational teams with financial analysis, planning, and strategic decision-making to achieve sales, profitability, and cash flow targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Monitor sales, margins, EBITDA, and KPIs
• Support pricing, promotions, and profitability improvement
• Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams
• Prepare management reporting and business insights
• Identify financial risks and optimization opportunities
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and policies

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
• FMCG/retail/OTC healthcare experience preferred
• Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent English
