Drill Bit Service Delivery Coordinator (English Speaking)

Our Drill Bits Team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

We are searching for an English speaking Drill Bit Service Delivery Coordinator.

Resposibilities:

• Protect the health and safety of our personnel and the environment
• Ensure that the goods and personnel are always on time in the right place
• Lease daily with the field personnel and collect data
• Ensure daily presence in customer office and for daily morning meeting
• Drive sales through bits and BHA optimizations
• Leading analytical activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
• Maintaining complete and current knowledge of the product status including future use and needs of the customer
• Managing the activities of supporting organizations to ensure that technical and business problems are resolved
• Be self-independent and lease with international teams to gather the equipment needed

• Deep knowledge and understanding of rig operations
• Drill bits technical knowledge and optimization trough analytical analysis
• Have a Proven experience in Drill bits
• Demonstrate a track record of operation performance success through optimization
• Have the ability to be present in Tashkent in customer office daily.
• Participate in presence to the customer daily drilling meeting
• Be able to speak Russian and English
• Be able to communicate in Uzbekistan is a plus
• Have knowledge of the Drill Bits industry, its competitors, products, markets, key players and customers in Uzbekistan is a plus

Work terms:

• Shift: 8 hours/5 days per week in office.
• Travel: up to 25% of the time
• Language: English, Uzbek, Russian
• Preference on people already living in Tashkent or available to move in the city.
