Customer Service Agent - Mandarin Chinese (HSK5+)

We are currently expanding our international operations team in Tashkent and are looking for highly proficient Mandarin Chinese speakers to join a new and growing project.

Our Tashkent office functions as an operational extension of a United States-based company and works live according to New York (EST) business hours. We support healthcare-related administrative and operational processes for the U.S. market.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who studied in China or graduated from Chinese universities and possess strong spoken and written Mandarin Chinese skills.

Join Our Founding Team

We are currently launching a new Mandarin-speaking project and building our initial team in Tashkent.

The first 7–12 hires will become part of the pre-opening team and play an important role in helping establish and shape the operation from the beginning.

As the project expands through the end of the year, early team members may have opportunities for growth and career development.

Requirements:

• Mandarin Chinese proficiency: HSK5 or above (required)
• English proficiency: B1 or above (required)
• Graduates of universities in China are strongly preferred
• Ability to communicate internally and work with English documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
• Comfortable working evening/night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
• Ability to work from office in Tashkent

Training & Onboarding

No prior industry experience is required.

Comprehensive training will be provided to help new team members learn internal processes, systems, and workflows.

Training is fully paid — compensation begins from your first day and starts the moment you clock in.

You will be joining a structured onboarding process designed to help you become comfortable and successful in your role.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Fixed schedule: 19:00 – 03:00
• 8 working hours per shift
• Schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (New York timezone)

Compensation:

• Fixed rate: $9 USD per hour
• Approximate monthly income: $1,440–$1,584 USD
• Stable fixed salary
• This is NOT a sales position
• No commission or bonus structure
• Schedule and compensation are fixed as stated above

Work Format:

• Office-based position only
• Remote work is NOT available
• All employees work together from our office in Tashkent
• Office location: Near Buyuk Ipak Yo‘li metro station
