Founding Marketing Manager - B2B Growth

Creally is an AI-centric creator marketing platform that automates the full influencer pipeline — sourcing, outreach, negotiation, payments, and analytics — for apps and games, ecommerce, edtech and more. We're early-stage, growing fast, and already working with 40+ teams including Lingokids, Glam and many more.

The Role

You'll own the entire marketing function. No team yet — you'll build one as we grow. That means strategy and execution: you set the direction and you get your hands dirty. We're looking for someone who's done this before at an early-stage B2B SaaS company and thrives in the ambiguity of 1 to 100.

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with clear ownership of pipeline generation and demonstrated results

• Proven ability to build and run multi-channel inbound programs that actually move pipeline — not just generate impressions

• Hands-on experience across: paid (Google/LinkedIn/Meta), SEO, content marketing, comarketing activactions

• Track record of finding and closing co-marketing or distribution partnerships

• Experience representing a company at industry events — from planning to execution

• Familiarity with the mobile apps, gaming, or creator economy space is a strong plus

• Comfortable with early-stage constraints: limited budget, no big team, high ownership

• Data-driven — you measure what matters and cut what doesn't

• Numbers oriented mindset - you measure everything around you to identify gaps

• End-to-end inbound pipeline generation — from awareness to MQL

• Paid acquisition

• SEO and content marketing — building organic pipeline that compounds over time

• LinkedIn presence and social-driven demand gen

• Co-marketing and partnership programs — identifying, pitching, and closing distribution partnerships

• Events — sponsorships, speaking slots, virtual events, and conference presence

• Marketing ops: tooling, attribution, and reporting

• Marketing associate - content marketer
