Physician / Clinical Interactions Expert - Врач-эксперт по клиническим взаимодействиям (HealthTech)

Responsibilities

- Adjudicate the clinical validity, mechanism, and severity of food–drug / food–disease interactions. .

- Verify each assertion against primary sources — peer-reviewed studies, guidelines, pharmacology references

- Author and revise structured clinical entries to a consistent evidentiary standard

- Grade the strength of evidence and escalate clinical uncertainty

- Collaborate with reviewers, US-licensed physicians, and the engineering team

Required

- Medical degree — NUSOM graduate, or graduate of another medical school with a preparing or passed USMLE Step 1

- Strong command of clinical pharmacology and pathophysiology

- Ability to read and critically appraise English-language scientific literature (English is the working language)

- Rigorous, evidence-based reasoning and meticulous attention to detail

-Preferred Clinical experience (internal medicine, cardiology, nephrology, clinical pharmacology, nutrition) USMLE Step 2 CK completed or in progress

- Familiarity with medical databases, guidelines, or systematic reviews Interest in clinical informatics or health technology

- Direct collaboration with US-licensed physicians and exposure to US clinical standards

- Well suited to staying clinically sharp while preparing for USMLE Step 2 / residency
