International IT company PSA Development Center is looking for a independent and versatile HR Generalist to support and maintain established HR processes while contributing to the development of a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
HR Administration & Records Keeping (full cycle)
Manage full spectrum of HR records keeping processes for 55+ employees:
- Hiring, promotion, transfer, and termination procedures
- Vacation and leave documentation
- Contract preparation and extensions
- Personnel files and labor books management
- Preparation of internal orders and employee letters
Maintain and update:
- Salary and time tracking spreadsheets
- Internal HR databases and documentation
Prepare and submit required reports:
- Social Security Fund, HTP, statistical, immigration and military authorities reporting
Support payroll and benefits administration processes
Coordinate and track employee vacations and absences
Work with HR systems (Delta Personnel Software, 1C)
Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies
Office & Administrative Support
- Manage office supplies and coordinate timely replenishment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Oversee office maintenance and collaborate with vendors/service providers as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Act as the main point of contact for all office-related requests, ensuring employees’ comfort and operational efficiency ("office owner" mindset)
- Support preparation and distribution of the corporate Newsletter
Communication & Documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with international management and native English-speaking stakeholders on HR and administrative matters
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare official letters, reports, and internal documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external institutions (including postal services)
Employee Experience & Culture
- Conduct employee surveys and collect feedback
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement and corporate culture
- Help maintain a positive and collaborative working environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and strong knowledge of Labor Law
- 3+ years of experience in HR Records Keeping
- Intermediate level of English (B1+) with motivation to further develop
- Strong business communication and correspondence skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Critical thinking and time management abilities
