- Help implement new HR practices and tools that the company has already identified.

- Provide day to day HR support to managers and employees.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with a CEO, using strong English skills and ease in cross‑cultural collaboration.
- Be open to occasional business travel and participate in trips when required.

- An HR professional with experience in operational HR and people processes, ideally in IT.
- A strong communicator with excellent English skills, capable of direct interaction with a CEO.
- A hands-on implementer who enjoys making things work, focusing more on operations.
