YOUR MISSION
As a Sales Executive at Glovo you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team based in Bishkek, responsible for contacting the partner's pipeline of leads and signing up big partners in the region.
THE JOURNEY
- Seal partnerships with the best accounts, while being aligned with the company goals
- As an owner of Glovo’s revenue, you’ll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability of your country
- Build long-term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboarding
- Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
- Do regular field trips (prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing deals) - 10-20% of the time
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 1-3+ years of experience in B2B Sales – key contacts in the industry is a plus
- Full professional level in Kyrgyz and Russian
- Fluency in English
- You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Strong commercial and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker
