Description
We're looking for a hands-on partnerships professional who can build and maintain relationships with accelerators, international organizations, and ecosystem players — while helping our startups break into global markets.
This is a connector role. You'll work at the intersection of the startup world, government bodies, and international partners — getting things done across all three.

What you'll focus on

Requirements
  • 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles
  • Comfortable negotiating and closing agreements — at both business and government levels
  • Strong communicator; can manage multiple stakeholders without dropping the ball
  • Understands how startups think and what they need to go international
  • Fluent English (C1 minimum)


Responsibilities
  • Build and manage partnerships with accelerators, innovation hubs, and startup programs
  • Lead contracting, negotiations, and agreement processes with international partners
  • Coordinate startup cohorts for acceleration and soft-landing programs abroad
  • Work with government bodies, industry associations, and institutional partners on international collaboration
  • Support startups in preparing for global market entry — positioning, partner introductions, roadshows
  • Identify new markets, ecosystem players, and strategic partners worth pursuing
  • Maintain and grow a network of consultants, mentors, and industry experts


Nice to have
  • Real experience working with accelerators, startup programs, or innovation organizations
  • Knowledge of Western tech markets (US, UK, EU)
  • Additional EU language
  • Background in market analysis or go-to-market strategy
