Specialist / Legal (US trucking, remote)

Salary: from $1000/month + performance bonus

An American company (we buy, sell and re-register trucking companies in the USA) is looking for a specialist who combines safety/compliance and legal support. Fully remote, pay in USD.

What you will do:

Keep our motor carriers FMCSA / DOT compliant (MC & DOT authority, BOC-3, UCR, IFTA, drug & alcohol program, CSA/SMS scores)

Prepare and review documents for buying, selling and transferring trucking companies (LLC + MC + DOT)

Handle MCS-150 updates, authority reinstatements and SAFER / Login.gov filings

Track deadlines and keep every entity in good standing

Communicate in English with FMCSA, registered agents and counterparties

What we expect:

English С2+ (written and spoken ) — you will work with US agencies and documents

Background in law, compliance, logistics or US trucking is a strong plus

Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work independently and remotely

Fast learner for US transportation regulations

Conditions:
