1. Strategic Marketing Management
• Develop and implement unified marketing strategy for hotel properties and Beldersoy Resort & SPA; manage annual marketing plan, brand positioning, and premium standards
• Analyze market trends in hospitality, luxury travel, and wellness
2. Digital & Performance Marketing
• Lead digital strategy: SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, email, content marketing
• Control KPIs (ROAS, CAC, direct bookings, conversion); develop direct booking strategy; manage agencies and partners
3. Brand Management & Communications
• Manage brand identity, tone of voice, PR campaigns, and press tours
• Collaborate with international luxury media, travel influencers, and lifestyle partners
4. Commercial Collaboration
• Work with Sales & Revenue teams; support rooms, MICE, weddings, F&B, and spa revenue; develop seasonal campaigns
5. Team & Budget Management
• Build and develop the marketing team; manage KPIs, budget, ROI, and implement luxury hospitality best practices
Experience & Qualifications:Education
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Communications; MBA is a plus
Experience
• 7–10+ years in marketing; min. 3 - 5 years in a leadership role in tourism, hospitality, or creative industry
• Experience in Central Asia, CIS, or Middle East - desirable
Professional Skills
• Digital marketing, branding, PR, CRM, content strategy; Google Analytics, Meta Ads
• Understanding of luxury guest behavior; experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI
• Strategic thinking, strong leadership, high EQ, excellent communication skills
Languages
• English & Russian - fluent (mandatory)
