We are looking for an experienced professional to own the end-to-end release process while staying hands-on with development. In this role you will spend roughly half your time orchestrating releases — managing deployment pipelines, coordinating across teams, and safeguarding production stability — and the other half building and maintaining high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience in IT, including hands-on Salesforce development;
- deep experience on the Force.com platform, including Apex, SOQL, and Lightning;
- proven experience owning and continuously improving release and deployment processes — sandbox strategy, source-driven deployments, environment management, release cadence, change management, and rollback procedures;
- working knowledge of version control (Git) and branching strategies;
- experience setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce;
- ability to establish and enforce development and release best practices (code review, static code analysis, automated testing as release gates);
- strong understanding of the features and constraints of the Salesforce platform;
- English skills sufficient for leading conversations on the technical and process aspects of projects.
It would be a plus to have:
- familiarity with release/deployment tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or similar);
- experience with automated testing and static code analysis as part of the release gate;
- experience coordinating multiple parallel development streams and managing merge conflicts;
- experience creating technical and release documentation;
- relevant Salesforce certifications.
We can offer:
- Projects for such clients as PayPal, Wargaming, Xerox, Philips, adidas and Toyota
- Competitive compensation that depends on your qualification and skills
- Career development system with clear skill qualifications
- Options to work remotely
- Compensation for medical expenses
- English courses online
- Corporate parties and events for employees and their children
- Internal conferences, workshops and meetups for learning and experience sharing
- Gym membership compensation, corporate sport competitions (cybersport included)
- 5 days of paid sick leave per year with no obligation to submit a sick-leave certificate
