Job Purpose
The Customer Relation Manager is the main contact person between the Uzbekistan Fertilizers & Chemicals team and customers. The role is responsible for keeping customers updated about orders and shipments, solving issues quickly, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication & Coordination
- Communicate regularly with customers about orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Share updates on cargo status, schedules, delays, and arrivals.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
2. Order & Shipment Tracking
- Monitor customer orders from confirmation until final delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Make sure shipment documents and details are accurate and shared on time.
3. Issue Resolution
- Handle delivery problems, missing documents, and service-related issues.
- Escalate important issues to management when necessary.
- Follow up until the issue is resolved and the customer is satisfied.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Ensure reliable and consistent customer service.
- Support customer retention and repeat business.
5. Reporting & Record Keeping
- Keep records of customer communications and shipment updates.
- Prepare regular reports for management and sales teams.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, orders, and correspondence.
6. Internal Team Coordination
- Work closely with sales, logistics, production, and finance teams.
- Ensure all teams are aligned on delivery schedules, invoicing, and customer commitments.

- Good communication (English, Russian, Uzbek)
