Job Qualifications
1.Geographic & Compliance Capability:
In-depth understanding of GDPR and data compliance regulations in various Central Asia countries, clear awareness of data operation boundaries in desktop, network O&M and system management, and practical experience in avoiding risks related to cross-border data access and illegal data transmission.

2.Core Desktop O&M Capability: Over 3 years of enterprise-level desktop O&M experience; proficient in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, patch management, and software deployment for Windows/macOS systems. Familiar with desktop terminal security policies (e.g., antivirus, data encryption, permission control) and capable of efficiently resolving various issues related to office equipment (computers, printers, VPN, etc.) for employees.

3.Professional Network O&M Capability: Mastery of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS; familiar with the configuration and O&M of mainstream network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) from brands like Cisco and H3C. Possess the ability to troubleshoot LAN and WAN faults, handle issues such as network outages, bandwidth bottlenecks, and abnormal VPN connections, and ensure smooth network connectivity between branches and with the headquarters.

4.Business System Management Capability: Experience in the O&M management of basic business systems (e.g., CRM, core sales systems, OA systems). Capable of performing user account management, permission assignment, basic function configuration, and daily inspections. Able to assist the headquarters IT team in system upgrades, data backups, and quickly respond to issues encountered in the use of business systems.

5.Fault Response & Emergency Capability: Awareness of 24/7 emergency response; able to quickly locate and resolve sudden faults in desktops, networks, and business systems. Familiar with IT service management processes (e.g., ITIL) and capable of standardizing the fault handling process and generating traceable O&M documents.

6.Communication & Collaboration Capability: Excellent cross-lingual communication skills; proficient in both English and local language,and Chinese speaking is benificial. Capable of efficiently coordinating with employees from various European branches, the headquarters IT team, and external service providers, and clearly communicating O&M needs and solutions.

7.Professional Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, and stress resistance. Meticulous and rigorous in work, with good problem analysis and summarization abilities, and proficient in accumulating O&M experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Full-lifecycle O&M of Desktop Terminals: Responsible for the procurement acceptance, installation, configuration, daily maintenance, and scrapping disposal of desktop terminals (computers, laptops, peripherals, etc.) in various Central Asia branches. Quickly respond to employees' desktop fault reports, provide remote or on-site technical support, and ensure the normal operation of office equipment.

2.Network Architecture O&M & Support: Undertake the daily O&M of LAN, WAN, and network devices in each branch. Conduct regular inspections of network operation status and identify network security risks. Handle issues such as network connection failures, IP conflicts, and firewall policy configuration to ensure smooth network communication within branches and between branches and the headquarters.

3.Basic Management of Business Systems: Take charge of the basic O&M of business systems (e.g., CRM, core sales systems) in the European region, including user account creation/disabling, permission assignment and adjustment, and password reset. Assist the headquarters in system version updates, patch deployment, and data backups to ensure the stable availability of business systems.

4.Compliant O&M & Risk Control: Strictly abide by GDPR and local data regulations; standardize the processes for desktop terminal data storage, network data transmission, and business system data operations. Conduct regular self-inspections on O&M compliance to ensure that terminal access permissions, network logs, and system operation records meet compliance requirements and avoid cross-border data risks.

5.Establishment of IT Service & Support System: Build IT O&M service processes for the Central Asia region, set up fault reporting channels (e.g., WeChat Work, ticketing systems), and standardize the standards and timelines for fault handling and demand response. Compile O&M operation manuals for desktops, networks, and business systems to provide self-troubleshooting guidelines for employees.

6.Cross-team Collaboration & Implementation: Coordinate with the headquarters IT team to synchronize O&M status, fault information, and system optimization needs in the Central Asia region, and cooperate in IT architecture upgrades and technical iterations. Liaise with external service providers (e.g., network operators, equipment suppliers) to handle complex technical issues and ensure efficient problem resolution.

7.O&M Documentation & Knowledge Accumulation: Record daily O&M logs, fault handling reports, and system configuration information; establish and improve the IT O&M documentation library for the European region. Summarize common issues and solutions to form O&M knowledge manuals and improve the team's O&M efficiency.
