IT Support Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and support of hardware and workplace equipment (PCs, printers, scanners, MFPs, networking devices)
• Monitoring and ensuring stable operation of applications and IT infrastructure
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Support and administration of corporate software (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, antivirus solutions, etc.)
• Administration and configuration of workstations within the corporate network
• Monitoring application performance and participating in optimization activities
• Incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and prevention measures
• Participation in implementation of changes, updates, and new IT solutions
• Collaboration with development, security, and business teams
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and reports

Required skills:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience (Banking / Financial sector is a plus)
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Experience with Windows and basic Linux administration (macOS is a plus)
• Understanding of networking technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN
• Hands-on experience with networking equipment (switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points)
• Understanding of networking protocols and OSI/ISO model
• Experience troubleshooting network issues using tools such as ping, tracert, telnet
• Basic knowledge of Ethernet, Wi-Fi, fiber optic and copper cabling infrastructure
• Understanding of information security principles and network security basics
• Experience with technical documentation and reporting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Responsibility, attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving mindset
• English language skills will be an advantage
