Job Summary:

Almaty International Airport is looking for an FP&A Specialist to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The role includes preparing financial reports, analyzing variances, evaluating the impact of business decisions, and providing insights into performance, trends, and risks. The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, 2+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel (Oracle or other systems is a plus).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts/budgets

• Collaborate with departments to gather inputs and align financial plans with operational goals

• Provide insights into financial performance, trends, and risks

• Evaluate financial impact of business decisions

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, audit, consulting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• English language proficiency on Upper-Intermediate or higher

• Confident user of Excel; experience with Oracle or other analytical systems is an advantage
