General Practitioner / Family Physician - AMC Tashkent

​​​Job Overview:

American Medical Centers is expanding its healthcare services in Tashkent and is seeking highly motivated and experienced Family Physicians to join our team. Selected candidates will play a pivotal role in providing primary care services, on-call visits, and online consultations as a pre-step to AMC's new facility opening in Summer 2026. It is understood that the candidate will transition into a full-time, on-site position upon the facility's opening. The ideal candidate must possess excellent clinical skills, be fluent in English and Russian, and demonstrate clinical etiquette aligned with Western standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality primary care and ambulatory services.

Be available for on-call visits and virtual consultations for patients.

Identify and procure self-transportation for visits (reimbursable with receipts).

Maintain excellent medical reporting standards for international insurance billing.

Conduct all patient care, communication, and follow-up with the utmost professionalism.

Represent AMC in all professional capacities with the highest ethical standards.

Terms & Job Points:

Status: This is a Fee-for-Service (FFS), Freelance/Consultant position.

Availability: The physician is expected to be available during pre-agreed times and remain accessible to the AMC Tashkent Director or appointees during these windows.

Reporting: The Consultant reports directly to the AMC Clinic Manager/Director and the AMC Group President.

Compensation: Payment is made via cash at the working location or bank wire in the

following month for the preceding month's work.

Expenses: Reimbursement for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses and travel incurred

during duties, provided proper receipts are submitted.

Compliance: Consultant shall sign an AMC Group Confidentiality and Non-Compete agreement prior to commencement.

Requirements:

Languages: Mandatory full professional fluency in English and Russian.

Expertise: Strong diagnostic background in General Practice or Internal Medicine.

Etiquette: Proven ability to work with international patients and expat communities.

Commitment: Ability to manage a flexible schedule during the pre-opening phase.
