Hotel Manager / Reception Manager
We are looking for a Hotel Manager who is passionate about customer service and enjoys creating a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate is communicative, responsible, and able to manage both channel manager systems and social media platforms.
Requirements
Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Experience with channel manager tools (booking platforms, reservations, etc.)
Ability to manage and update social media accounts
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations
Monitor online bookings and manage room availability
Communicate with guests and ensure high-quality service
Maintain and grow the hotel’s online presence
Coordinate with staff and handle guest requests
Be present at the hotel reception during working hours
Working Hours & Location
Office location: Tashkent City
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Flexible working hours may be possible depending on operational needs
