Hotel Manager / Reception Manager

We are looking for a Hotel Manager who is passionate about customer service and enjoys creating a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate is communicative, responsible, and able to manage both channel manager systems and social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills

  • Experience with channel manager tools (booking platforms, reservations, etc.)

  • Ability to manage and update social media accounts

  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations

  • Monitor online bookings and manage room availability

  • Communicate with guests and ensure high-quality service

  • Maintain and grow the hotel’s online presence

  • Coordinate with staff and handle guest requests

  • Be present at the hotel reception during working hours

Working Hours & Location

  • Office location: Tashkent City

  • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Flexible working hours may be possible depending on operational needs
