We are looking for a highly qualified Executive of Selling Call Center to join our client’s team in the USA. This is an opportunity to work for a stable international company following American standards, fully remotely, from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Scale Management: Leading a team of 40 people (31 of whom work remotely) across different time zones (USA, Costa Rica, Philippines).
- Hands-on Sales: Acting as a "playing coach" - handling personal sales while managing the team.
- Strategy & KPIs: Monitoring key performance indicators, achieving departmental goals, and taking personal responsibility for results.
- HQ Interaction: Direct communication with top management in the USA.
- Optimization: Auditing and improving current processes, implementing tools to increase sales efficiency.
- Systematization: Building a strong structure, discipline, and transparent communication within an international department.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years in active sales and no less than 3 years in managing remote or distributed teams (with 10+ members). Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- International Experience: Proven track record of managing English-speaking employees. Experience working in the US market will be a decisive advantage.
- English: C1 level (Advanced)/C2. You must be fluent in negotiations, video meetings, and business correspondence. MANDATORY.
- Education: Higher education (Business Administration, Management, Economics).
- Leadership: Strong management skills, ability to inspire and demand results.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work on EST (New York time) schedule.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
