We are looking for an experienced IT / Systems Administrator to manage and support our internal technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure that all business systems are properly configured, secure, accessible, and running reliably across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and maintain operational tools (CRM, ticketing systems, workforce management, project management, communication platforms, etc.)
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and permission structures across all systems
- Act as the first point of contact for IT and system-related issues across the team
- Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and proactively address outages or issues
- Implement and enforce data security policies, including access reviews, password standards, and device management
- Manage software licences, subscriptions, and renewal schedules
- Support onboarding by setting up accounts and system access for new hires prior to Day 1
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, integrations, and access frameworks
- Coordinate with external vendors and technical support providers when needed
- Conduct quarterly access audits and promptly remove access for offboarded employees
- Maintain IT incident logs and resolution records
- Support automation and integration initiatives in collaboration with internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical operations
- Experience managing SaaS tool stacks in a business environment (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, CRM platforms)
- Solid understanding of data security principles, access management, and user provisioning
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with API integrations and webhook-based systems is a plus
- Highly organised with attention to detail in managing licences, access logs, and documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Certificate, or equivalent are an advantage
