What will be your key responsibilities?

Logistics Cost Management (LCC Ownership)

• Lead Logistics Conversion Cost (LCC) management across responsible markets, including budgeting, forecasting, actual tracking, variance analysis, and identification of risks and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate logistics cost calculations and reporting during financial planning cycles.
• Drive cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.

Logistics Operations & Vendor Management

• Manage end-to-end logistics flows from factories to CEA markets, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
• Oversee customs clearance requirements, licenses, permits, and import/export processes.
• Manage logistics providers, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners to ensure service and cost performance.

Performance Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Track and improve key logistics KPIs such as service level, lead time, cost, claims, and productivity.
• Prepare and present logistics performance, risks, issues, and improvement plans in relevant business forums.
• Collaborate closely with Supply, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial teams.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Support strategic projects, network changes, warehouse transitions, and new operating models.
• Act as logistics subject matter expert in cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify and implement process simplification, automation, and service improvement opportunities.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Min 3+ years experience in Logistics Management (3PL management – warehouse, transportation companies);
• English -Upper intermediate;
• Strong stakeholder relationship (Sales, Finance, Logistics);
• Experienced in MS office programs & extensive use of Excel;
• Customer Communications;
• SAP knowledge is preferred;
• FMCG experience is preferred.
