Customs and Logistics Specialist

We're looking for a "Customs & Logistics Specialist" for Kazakhstan operation

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with local suppliers and cargo centers to organize deliveries and resolve issues;

• Communicate with customs authorities to support daily operations and ensure compliance;

• Support coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments;

• Support of preparation of import/export documentation and it’s translation;

• Gathering and consolidation of information and preparation of daily tracking reports in SAP;

• Prepare and submit daily customs reports and required documents (invoices, declarations, return forms, destruction reports, etc.);

• Assist with DFS (duty-free shop) sales reporting and invoicing;

• Follow customs and logistics regulations;

• Ensure all work complies with internal procedures and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in Supply-Chain, customs, or warehouse operations;

• Professional knowledge of customs documentation and processes;

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus);

• Strong attention to details and organizational skills;

• Good communication skills, including with local and international partners;

• Intermediate English level;

• Proficiency in excel.
