Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the trader and retail channel across target markets
• Build long-term sustainable growth
• Manage relationships with key trading partners as well as retail accounts (B2B2C, Chains of BC customers)
• Work “in the field” with SF (Sales force) teams to ensure execution of commercial initiatives
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and identify opportunities
• Manage, coach, and develop field sales teams
• Set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability
• Foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture
• Educate SF on product portfolio, tools, and sales techniques
• Drive indirect sales and achieve channel revenue targets
• Identify growth opportunities within both trading and retail channels
• Support partners in closing key deals
• Collaborate with marketing, buying, supply, pricing chain teams to execute METRO company strategies
• Track KPIs: revenue, sell-out performance in SF team
• Analyze channel and field performance

Required Experience
• 5+ years in traditional channel sales, business development, or partner management
• Proven experience in traditional trade
• Hands-on experience in field sales / market execution
• Experience managing or coaching field teams
• Background working with traders ( B2B2C, Franchise business will be privilege)
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth
