A leading international FMCG company is seeking a Brand marketing specialist to drive brand growth, lead marketing initiatives, and generate actionable consumer insights.
This role involves close collaboration with local and international teams, participation in strategic planning, and a direct impact on key brand performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to generate actionable insights
- Translate insights into effective brand and marketing initiatives
- Support the development and execution of brand strategy
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns (digital and offline)
- Manage relationships with creative and media agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery and cost efficiency
- Participate in new product and packaging launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to annual business planning, budgeting, and P&L management
- Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and HQ teams to ensure alignment
- Drive consumer engagement programs, including initiatives targeting younger audiences
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG marketing (brand / trade / product marketing) 2-3 years
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Proven ability to generate insights and translate them into business actions
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong ownership
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
