We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Visa Processing Specialist to join our growing private employment agency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing visa application processes for candidates seeking international employment opportunities.

You will work closely with foreign employers, partners, and embassies to ensure all documentation is prepared accurately and submitted on time. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

🔷 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate visa processing procedures for candidates applying for jobs abroad
• Prepare, review, and submit visa documentation in line with embassy and immigration requirements
• Communicate with foreign partners, employers, embassies, and consulates
• Monitor application progress and ensure timely submission of all required documents
• Maintain accurate records and databases of candidates and applications
• Provide guidance and regular updates to candidates throughout the process
• Ensure compliance with migration regulations and labor laws
• Identify and resolve issues related to documentation or delays
• Support internal team operations related to recruitment and placement

🔷 Requirements

• Fluent in Uzbek, English and Russian (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in visa processing or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Responsible, flexible, and able to adapt to changing tasks
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication
• Experience in recruitment or international employment processes is a plus
