Admin Specialist to support administrative operations at our Tashkent Head Office. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning, guest management, logistics coordination, and event support.
Please note: This position requires prior work experience. Male candidates are preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Facility Management - Coordinate with vendors for timely issue resolution
- Maintain office supplies and administrative log
Visitor & Guest Support
- Arrange logistics for expatriates, consultants, and guests
- Coordinate airport pickup, accommodation, and transport
Meeting & Conference Support
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Ensure rooms are fully prepared
- Support internal office events and logistics
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain MIS reports and administrative trackers
- Keep records of agreements, logs, and usage reports
✅ Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administration / office support / hospitality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Language requirements
- Uzbek – required
- Russian – preferred
- English – must
