Sales Consultant

Location: Tashkent
Schedule: 8PM- 5AM Full-time | 5/2
Base salary: $100/month (net) + uncapped commission
US-based commission system | Earnings up to $6,000/month

What You’ll Do

• Sell international flights and upgrades to economy class clients

• Recommend custom travel solutions, extras, and value-added services

• Deliver a high-touch, client-focused booking experience

• Build long-term relationships with repeat clients

• Meet your targets and earn performance-based bonuses

Who We’re Looking For

• Proficient English speaker (written and spoken)

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• Great communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with a PC and basic tools

• Motivated, focused, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, premium sales role

• Passionate about client satisfaction and delivering VIP-level service
