Project manager

Position description：

Be responsible for the overall operation and management of the project, manage the project budget and execution, and be responsible for the achievement of the project objectives. The main responsibilities are as follows:

· Act as the primary owner for project success, strictly implement the basic principle of "delivering by contract and executing on budget", and be responsible for the achievement of project objectives.

· Focus on value delivery, focus on customer requirements, improve customer satisfaction through value presentation, and be responsible for customer satisfaction.

· Organize the development of project delivery strategies and solutions, and manage the implementation.

· Be responsible for project operation compliance and ensure that project delivery complies with corporate management regulations and regulations.

· Make decisions on and control major project issues and risks, escalate issues and risks beyond the control scope of the project team in a timely manner, and manage them in a closed-loop manner.

Requirements：

1. Be familiar with project delivery process, take responsibility for overall project financial management, manage project budget and execution, and take responsibility for the achievement of project objectives.

2. Organize the development of project delivery strategies and solutions, and manage the implementation.

3. Focus on value delivery and customer requirements, improve customer satisfaction through value presentation, and be responsible for customer satisfaction.

4. Be responsible for project compliance operations and ensure that project delivery complies with corporate management regulations and regulations.

5. Make decisions on and control major project issues and risks, escalate issues and risks beyond the control scope of the project team in a timely manner, and manage them in a closed-loop manner.

6. PMP certificates are preferred.

7. Experience in Telecom industry

8. Experience with DWDM, Core Network projects.
