With 4+ years of experience, 10K+ successful campaigns, and proprietary AdTech solutions, we help global brands scale efficiently across FinTech, Blockchain, Crypto, Gaming, Apps, Real Estate, e-Commerce, Education, and other fast-moving industries across multiple markets, with a strong focus on LATAM, MENA, and Asia, while actively expanding into other regions.

We are looking for a Chief Business Development Officer to launch and develop new business lines in digital marketing services and AdTech products.
This is a business builder–level role with end-to-end ownership — from identifying opportunities and making launch decisions to delivering commercial results and scaling successful initiatives. The role has a direct impact on company growth and revenue.
You will work directly with the CEO, take part in strategic decision-making, and over time have the opportunity to lead independent business units.

Expected Outcomes:

Within 3–6 months

  • A clear and prioritized portfolio of growth directions (products, services, markets, monetization models) with validated commercial potential
  • First launched initiatives with initial traction: early revenue, first paying customers, or validated demand
  • Established experimentation pipeline with fast hypothesis testing and a clear decision-making framework (scale / iterate / stop)

Within 6–12 months

  • Proven unit economics and validated scalability for key initiatives
  • A track record of data-driven portfolio decisions: successful initiatives scaled, underperforming ones reworked or discontinued
  • Initial measurable contribution to company revenue and growth

12+ months

  • Successful initiatives transformed into sustainable business units with defined operating models (processes, metrics, teams, and P&L ownership)
  • Strong, self-sufficient teams built around key business directions
  • Significant contribution to revenue growth and diversification of business streams

Please note, this is not a linear task, it’s a cycle — after the new business units are taking from the ground, it’s time to start prospering new growth directions again!

Who This Role Is For:

  • You are a business builder who has launched and scaled new directions with full ownership of results
  • You think in terms of revenue, unit economics, and long-term scalability, not just execution
  • You have hands-on experience in digital advertising and understand how growth and monetization actually work
  • You are comfortable operating in uncertainty and making decisions with incomplete data
  • You know when to double down, when to pivot, and when to stop
  • You can build teams and turn ideas into structured, scalable business units
  • You can communicate and negotiate in English in an international environment
