About the Role & Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate and workflow automation
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
  • Experience managing Google Workspace
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, networking basics)
  • Experience providing remote and phone-based support
  • Familiarity with remote tools such as ScreenConnect (or similar)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2/3 technical support for end users via phone, remote sessions, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Manage and support Google Workspace environments
  • Develop and maintain automation using Power Automate
  • Write and execute scripts using PowerShell for administration and automation tasks
  • Utilize remote support tools (e.g., ScreenConnect) to assist users efficiently
  • Handle escalations from Level 1 support and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding users, permissions, and security configurations
  • Document issues, resolutions, and internal processes

  • Team player with a proactive mindset

Schedule:

  • Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST/New York time);
  • Minsk time:
    • 16:00 – 00:00 during Daylight Saving Time (March–November)
    • 17:00 – 01:00 during Standard Time (November–March)
