Lead Generation Specialist

PixelPlex is the leading software and product development company founded in 2007. We started building Blockchain solutions in 2013 and currently over 90% of our projects are blockchain-related. We also specialize in AI, IoT, Web, Mobile and AR/VR, serving Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller entities and innovative startups.

We are currently looking for Lead Generation Specialist, who will be responsible for:

• Handling replies from automated outbound campaigns in LinkedIn and email;

• Working with outreach tools such as HeyReach, Lemlist, LinkedHelper, Smartlead, Instantly, and similar platforms;

• Qualifying replies and identifying potential sales opportunities;

• Maintaining communication with warm leads through personalized follow-ups to move them toward the qualified opportunity stage;

• Updating lead statuses, notes, and contact data in the CRM system;

• Managing and cleaning lead databases for outbound campaigns;

• Supporting the lead generation process through automated tools;

• Submitting qualified requests to Sales Managers for further processing.

Must have:

• Fluent spoken and written English (B2-C1);

• Experience working with outbound lead generation campaigns;

• Experience handling replies from LinkedIn and email outreach;

• Understanding of basic sales qualification and lead nurturing;

• Knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and CRM systems;

• Experience with outreach automation tools is a plus;

• Systematicity, attention to detail, and excellent self-organization.
